Carrot Payasam

Lets make a carrot recipe ,Carrot payasam or carrot kheer
is a creamy recipe which you can make in any occasions
or when you want to pamper yourself..

INCREDIENTS:

Carrot-3 boiled in pressure cooker with some water
-1 grate and keep aside
condensed milk -1 tin
sugar -if needed
milk-1litr
cornflour-1 tsp
cashew nuts-1 handful
kismis-1 handful
ghee-1tsp

HOW TO MAKE:

Make a paste of boiled carrotsalong with little milk
Boil milk add condensed milk and sugar if needed
add the carrot paste and mix well till the carrot mix gets melted
with milk.In a bowl add little milk(cold)with 1 tsp of cornflour.
mix without any lumps .add this to the boiling milk and carrot mix.
mix well till the texture gets a creamy thick consistency.
switch off the flame.
In a pan add ghee.add cashews and kismis and give a mix
transfer it to our payasam.
Our carrot payasam is ready to serve.
