Here is our new recipe for mysore pak!!An indian sweet

Ingredients:
Besan-1 cup
ghee-1 cup
oil-1/2 cup(or 12 tbsp.)
cardamom powder-1tsp
salt-one pinch
sugar-1 cup
water-3/4 cup
Method:
Roast besan in medium flame for 10 min.Allow to cool and keep aside .
In a saucepan heat ghee
Take a kadai and add sugar and water ..
Boil till sugar syrup attains one string consistency(took6 min in high flame )
Then reduce the flame to low and add roasted besan in 3-4 batches and mix well with the sugar syrup.
Add salt and cardamom powder ..
After mixing well increase the flame to medium and pour one ladle of hot ghee mix and stir continuously.
Repeat the process till u see the mix full of bubbles. At that point, it won't absorb more ghee. For me, it took 5 minutes (in medium flame )
Then pour the mix to the greased container and set ..
After 5 minutes makes gashes ..
Allow to cool for 1 hour then serve ..
So the tasty authentic Mysore Park is ready ..
