MUTTON KADAI...


Here is my MOMS special Mutton recipe....

INGREDIENTS:

Mutton-1 kg
onion-3 medium size
tomato-3 medium size
green chilly-5
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp.
yogurt-2 tbsp.
garam masala-1 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder-1 tbsp.
salt-as needed
fennel seed powder-1/2 tsp
black cumin powder-1/2 tsp
coconut oil-as needed(try to use coconut oil instead of any vegetable oil)
kasuri methi -dried-for garnishing
 


HOW TO MAKE:

In a pressure cooker add the mutton pieces with little water and cook for 4 whistle
when its tender enough take out
in another pan add oil add the mutton pieces and fry little add onion,tomato,green chilly
and ginger garlic paste. sauté well
add salt. After that add all the spices
When the raw smell changes add salt if needed. Close the lid and cook.
Then add yogurt and mix well .
mix well the mutton till gets a gravy type.
add dried kasuri methi and SERVE
