Mixed Vegetable kuruma

Ingredients:
onion-1 medium size
tomato-1
ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon
green chilly-5-6
oil-as per need
turmeric powder-a pinch
carrot-2
potato-2
soya chunks-1cup (soaked in water for sometime)
cauliflower-1cup
beans-7-8french
green peas-1cup
water-needed for boiling vegies
Garam masala powder-1 teaspoon
salt-as needed
pepper powder-1 teaspoon
corriender powder-1teaspoon
coconut -1
cashew nuts-10-12(soaked in hot water)
kasuti methi-a handful

How its made:
Boil chopped vegtables (carrots,potato,beans,cauliflower and soya chunks) with needed water for 5 mins 
with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder
Meanwhile in a pressure cooker add the green peas with soakable water and wait till 2 vissles
In a sauce pan add little oil when it gets heated add the chopped onion an soute still it becomes soft
add little salt and saut well add choped tomato , ginger garlic paste and green chilly  mix well untill it gets combined.Add the boiled vegies to this mix well add corriender powder pepper powder garam masala powder to this add salt if needed.
Grind the coconut with soaked cashews seive it and add to the vegtable mix.add more water if it looks too thick .Wait till the curry boils 
when  the cury get ready add kasuri methy and close the lid
