Caramel toffee.....

 
 
 
 
Why cant we try homemade toffees....
 
 
 
For toffee we need:
 
sugar-1/2 cup(to caramelize)
cream-1/2 cup
vanilla essence-1 tbsp.
butter-3 tbsp.
salt-a pinch
 
Method to make caramel toffee:
 
1.Heat sugar and caramelize
2.Add cream and boil, and cook till it gets thick.
3.Add salt and turn off flame.
4.Add butter and vanilla essence and mix until butter is melted.
5.pour this into a greased aluminium foil.
6.Keep it aside and let it cool and set for 3 hours.
7.cut the desired shape and wrap as your choice.
